Faith based training is centered on leadership training in the Baptist Church. We offer Trustee and Deacon workshop training. This training is centered around the vision of the pastor.
Board Training is also offered. This is based on a Tri-partite board composition for those that have certification as a non-profit 501(c)3 organization.

Many cities and counties have not developed a effective Subcontractor Outreach Program for minorities and women owned businesses to participate with effective business outcomes. Oscar's experience in working with the City of Columbia and Columbia Housing Authority provided the tools to work with local government in establishing guidelines in this area.
